Steps to stop twitter auto DMs

Visit the website where your account exists.
Click on Login with Twitter button
Enter your twitter credentials and click Authorise
You are now redirected to your dashboard of respective site
If you see a message in a box, delete that message and click on Save/Update button. After this step automated message sending should stop for your account.
For further surety, click on Setting tab from left panel on desktop. If you are on mobile then click on 3 parallel lines on right top corner and click on Setting
Now you see a Send Direct Message and aSwitch button against it.
If color of Switch button is blue then click on it to turn it off. If the color is grey then leave it as it is
Repeat step 6 and click on Account tab
Now repeat the step 7 and turf off switch button for Account
